Personnel is friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location is easy to reach from the station, not far from the Old town.
Problems with wifi: most of the time it was unavailable. The personnel speak some English, but not quite well. They tried to do their best still.

The room is spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you need like central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, all for a reasonable price of £40.

The location. The price. The bathroom.
Besides the bed, there was only a chair in the room, no table or desk!

Nothing. I would only stop here again if hell froze over
The hotel was at the top of a hill in the middle of major roadworks. The hotel itself was covered in scaffolding. It was like living in a building site. If that wasn't bad enough there was building work going on in the hotel immediately under our room with a hammer drill until 8pm The room was dirty with dirty hand marks on the floors. We had to pay 10€ extra for parking although it would be impossible to park elsewhere. Even then they tried to charge us 5€ more than on our Booked.net receipt. The receipt showed breakfast included. Not only was it not included but there was nowhere for it to be served. There were a few tables and chairs and a fridge in reception but no water so to make coffee the kettle had to be filled in the toilet. This is a DUMP an I will NEVER stop here again.

Our stay at the pension La Salve was good the only problem was the walk up the hill to the pension. The view is not the problem of the Pension but the extension of the Metro which will only help the all ready excellent transport system.

the staff were fine even helpfull when we asked for directions to get to the port. the room was clean
to have to pay for a small space with 4 tables chairs under a stair well and tea coffee etc on a bench..butter jam and milk in a fridge that was none to clean and juice in cartoons that were all half open and stale ...then when we asked for food we were given a loaf of bread and a small bundle of stale buns this was NOT worth 10 euro. also the fact that we had to pay another 10 euro to put the car under ground in a car park was not good. to find the hotel and then trying to park to get cases of was not easy..it needs better directions. our room was so noisy the windows wouldnt open the shutter was stuck and wouldnt open but when we looked the out best left unlooked at. the staff were so nice to us it did make it a better exsperiance tho'

Marvellous and ideal position, I truly enjoyed staying in this place.
Location: the hotel was so close to to the charming old city area, the centre of the old town and river, supermarket, Castaños square for breakfast, Guggenheim. And it's relatively close to Restaurante Kondutxo, ate there once or twice.
